Suspect : Occupants of apartment complex around the scene ( poolside)
Weapon : Witness remember hearing compressed air before shots were fired , most probably Air gun
Ammunition : Standard (white) plastic pellet compatible with suspected Air gun
Time : 8 pm -8.30pm

Victim was having a BBQ with housemates and some friends. As the victim was crouching poking around at the BBQ and as the victim stood up, he fell backwards clutching his right eye screaming in pain.
Witness rushed to the victim asking if he was alright. The Victim took a minute to recover back to his feet. At first everyone thought it was an ember from the bbq that went into the victim's eye. On further inspection of the victim's eye,
They notice that 1 cm (some say less) under his eye lid there was a pellet shaped bruise. It was concluded that Daniel have been another victim of a sniper living near the poolside, as his other friends have been shot at recently as well.
Victim proceeded to call the security guard of the apartment complex and even then the security guard got shot at albeit at the chest ( and not the EYE!! ). Agreeing it would be better to call the police. the police came but due to lack of a warrant or a proper pinpoint of the sniper's exact nest and were unable to act. Daniel then hitched a ride with the police car to the station to lodge a report ( 1st time lol ).
Victim didn't manage to eat the BBQ before the incident :(

searching around the scene (like csi lol) , we found 2 pellets.
we also found about 40 pellets in the pool itself later (somebody have been practising ei? )

ps: If your the sniper and you see this, I salute your sniping skills ( although i think it's luck lol ), still you have that good luck can shoot me in the eye, come see me, i give you a present to celebrate.
